Sony Launches 16-35mm F/2.8 SSM and 70-400mm F/4-5.6 SSM
The leaked 70-400mm f/4-5.6 user manual we sposted is now sweeten with the official announcement of the lens. Sony today announced two lenses in conjunction with their first full frame dslr the alpha a900. The Vario Sonnar T* 16-35mm f/2.8 ZA Carl Zeiss Series Lens is a super wide angle lens while the 70-400mm f/4-5.6 G Series Lens is a super telephoto lens.

Sony showcases Alpha D-SLR cameras at Gulf Photo Plus
Renowned Canadian photographer Peter Burian will use Sony’s flagship D-SLR range, Alpha for his workshops at the Gulf Photo Plus from 29th April to 4th May 2008.
Sony Gulf is also displaying their latest range of Alpha D-SLR cameras along with an extensive range of accessories and lenses. Peter Burian will conduct a workshop – ‘Intro to the Sony Alpha D-SLR system’ on 2nd of May, where participants will learn more about Sony Alpha cameras, lenses and accessories. Continue reading
